Fundraising

Our caretaker Ger Maher is heading to the Camino from 30th Sept to 7th Oct to raise funds in aid of our ASD Centre. TY and LCA Segway

We were delighted to welcome back E-movement again this year to our TYs and LCAs this week. Well done to everyone who participated where their balance, coordination and communication skills were well tested. What a great start to the new school year for these groups.

ASD Trip to the Cinema

Our ASD students had a very enjoyable trip to the cinema in Nenagh on Thursday afternoon.  They enjoyed a special viewing of Super Pets and treats for the afternoon.

Extra-Curricular

Our extra-curricular activities are starting up again for the year, U16 & 19 boys Basketball have already begun their training sessions for the year ahead and Hurling Training will commence next week.

Parents Association

A reminder that our Parents Association meets on the 1st Monday of each month and new members are always welcome. On Mon Oct 3rd we will have our AGM and Stella O’Malley will address all parents that evening. Stella is a psychotherapist, writer and a public speaker with focus on mental health and wellbeing concerns.  Stella will give a presentation on how parents can support their children through the teenage years. Please keep an eye on our social media for more details.

After School Study

After School Study is available Monday to Thursday from 4pm-6:15pm and the cost is €3 per evening.
