Borrisokane Community College School Notes

First Year Trip to Castlecomer Discovery Park

Our First Year students travelled to Castlecomer Discovery Park on Monday last. Students participated in Archery, Zip Lining, Team Challenges and Octagon High Ropes during the day and a great day was had by all.

First Years also had an afternoon of sports on Wednesday.  Students had a great time participating in the various events and a great way to relax and take time out from study as we head towards the end of the term. Thank you to the PE teachers for organising the Sports Afternoon.

Culture Day

On Wednesday we celebrated Culture Day. Our students shared insights into their heritage and culture from all across the globe.  It was great to learn more about and gain an appreciation of different cultures.
