Borrisokane receives Inclusivity certification.

Borrisokane Community College has been recognized as an inclusive school and has received certification from the national council of Special Education (NCSE). The school has worked towards this certification by taking on a whole-school approach on inclusion. Improvements have been made to the whole school environment and within many classroom practices. The school community has made an ongoing organisational commitment to inclusive practices. A staff committee is made up of many committed teachers including Jacqueline Hayes, Marianne Bergin, Eimear McGrath, Eimear Cahalan, Grace Talbot and James McEvoy worked hard to ensure that Borrisokane Community College was recognised as a school hugely inclusive of all students of varying needs and diversity.
